A $5,000 cashiers check made payable to the
bidder (one check for
each tract is required) in order to register
on auction day. 10% buyer’s premium will be
added to the winning bid to arrive at the
total contract price. 10% down payment due
on auction day with balance at closing
within 45 days of auction. Seller financing
